Agent Card Draw is designed to help real estate professionals collect e-cards, organize event contacts, and conduct professional random e-card selections during networking events.

Information stored on device

The app may store e-card details, names, brokerage information, email addresses, phone numbers, websites, notes, event information, lead statuses, and app preferences locally on the user’s device.

Data sharing

The app does not transmit personal data to servers controlled by the developer in the current version. Users may choose to share or export information using QR codes, Nearby Exchange, CSV export, image export, video export, AirDrop, Messages, email, or other system sharing tools.

Permissions

Camera access is used to scan e-card QR codes.
Local Network access is used for Nearby Exchange between nearby devices.
Photo access is used only when the user chooses to add or share images or winner media.

No sale of data

The developer does not sell user data.

No tracking

The current version does not track users across apps or websites.

Future features

If future versions add analytics, advertising SDKs, cloud storage, accounts, CRM integrations, or other third-party services, this policy and App Store disclosures will be updated.
